We use a payment processor to collect your load for your Amber card. Amber will not charge you to use this service but please be aware that the payment processor will charge between 1.5% to 3.5% depending on the region you are paying from.

Although we work very hard to reflect all loads on cards as soon as possible, please be aware some loads can take 24hrs/48hrs to show in the customer's account.

For a faster processing time you may choose to do a bank transfer and add in reference your token ID or the token ID you wish to load. (Always find your token ID in your customer portal or App)

Please remember to input the correct token ID of the card you wish to load.
