Although we work very hard to reflect all loads within 2/4hrs, please be aware some loads can take up to 24hrs/48hrs to show in the customer's account.

Note: There is a 2.5% charge on all card loads, you may get an additional charge from an online payment processor.

Please remember to input the correct token ID of the card you wish to load as a reference to all wire payments.
